I am only leaving one star so I can write a review about the vet Daniel at animal trust Dewsbury. It took me two hours to get to my appointment to be spoken to in such a rude and aggressive manner. He didn’t want to answer of my questions, which I found very strange! I found him very stern, unprofessional and not at all empathetic to me or my dog, he obviously doesn't like dogs! My dog was already anxious and Daniel upset me by being rude. He hasn’t got a clue how to approach an anxious dog. I found Daniel to be aggressive with the instrument that he was going to use! as he Slammed it back on the wall saying no I’m not going to examine him! Then he said that I wouldn’t let him. Really! He didn’t want to examine my dog, he couldn’t be bothered he said he wanted to go home. I don’t understand how he can be a vet when he is so unprofessional and has no empathy! This is not just my opinion but two other clients that were in the surgery too. They said they had seen this vet before and he was rude! and their dogs didn’t like him neither! He definitely needs to train in customer service! and he clearly hasn’t got a passion for sick animals! How can a vet be scared of animals!!
