No consultation fee is good but if you need medication you'd better have deep pockets. Used this vets three times with two of the vets really nice but had one obnoxious vet who was obviously trying to get as much money out of me as possible. The medication my dog needs is £40.90 at the vets but only £13.86 on line. You need a prescription at £22 but, as the vet can prescribe 6 months, it still works out cheaper online. The animal trust costs are in line with most local vets so I'm not sure what the " not for profit" statement means. Also, not taking cash payments means that some people on very low incomes or some older people that mistrust cards may not have a debit card that allows payments to third parties so they can't use the service. Great idea in principle but not good in practice.
