I joined when first open in Tingley Leeds thought the innovative was a great selling point I was one of the first clients it was Kirsty and Frank brill vets but then more came and the whole value changed to a profitable consumable I had a devastating experience with Stuart who repeatedly told me how he used to own his private practice so what ???Did I need to know this I had brought my whippet who was constantly being sick I saw a new vet just out of her training after numerous visits she could not identify the illness I was given syringe to force feed her in the end I saw this Stuart (whom had previously owned his own veterinary practice))) my this time my fur baby was dying he completed a blood test and she has numerous tumours and blood cancer !!!He asked if I was insured I said yes to which he replied we can do chemotherapy How the hell do you explain to your fubaby this ???I said no but he insisted on giving her a injection saying she will go home and be like new She was taken home and that night endured the most painful death dying in my arms two hours later on the way to a emergency vets.If insurance and money is the objectives here then they failed my Lola Iv since removed my beautiful fur babies from these money grabbing greedy people….
