Don’t be fooled by the ‘No Consultation Fee’ line. There may be no consultation fee but the cost of the medication is scandalous. Just be charged £50+ for a plastic collar (£4-5 and some eye drops). Found out eye drops are non-prescription and £2.99). So much for them advertising ‘reasonable costs’. They advertise wanting to ‘keep costs affordable for pet owners’ so why wasn’t I informed that you can get the drops over the counter?? Phoned Failsworth to discuss and they weren’t bothered in the slightest. Ended up cancelling further follow up appointment in fear of further medication being required. So much for them caring about the welfare of animals!!!!
