Wrexham Animal Trust.What a big let down, booked my dog (Teddy in for a minor opp) two weeks ago then was contacted to say they couldn't see Ted because there was an emergency at the same time of appointment, I fully understood and re scheduled for this morning. I arrived early and then was approached by the staff to say yet again they couldnt do the operation, no text no email and no phone call. Well out of pocket as I this was the second time I took a day off work.
