Our dog was treated for a skin allergy the treatment was not successful and she became very poorly not eating for days not moving high temp.I really thought We were going to lose her,I returned to the Surgery and was told there was no appointments available for days.Because the first treatment had failed I insisted that we be given an appointment.When I attended the next day I was kept waiting for an hour and a half.These people are not the honest caring organisation that they make out, pet care is secondary to profit
