animal trust at Bolton have been nothing but professional, affordable and helpful, i explained i had a young male cat who needed castrating and i got an appointment for in 6 weeks time when i explained to one of the staff a nurse called Stacy what a pest he was being and would she consider us for any appointment that was cancelled ..she did, Hes now booked in for THursday the 15th July ..so a 3 day wait for surgery which is fabulous, she even called me twice because i missed the first call. seriously any one dumb enough to complain , that the phones are busy at a reasonably priced Vets or that the wait for a surgical appointment is lengthier than you would like, is probably too stupid to be a pet owner. If you don't like the service you are paying for ..go somewhere else and find a Vets where its a business for profit, if you are happy to pay much more for a vet visit and treatment why not just go somewhere else and do that, ok it costs much more but you may not wait so long. Again if you cant comprehend the fact you are allowed to find somewhere that suits your needs ,and not just the nearest practice to your house, you can in fact go any where you like, it doesnt even have to be local , its not like the primary school catchment area rules apply ..it a vets you can go anywhere you want to .. if you dont get that you are too daft to have a pet who is reliant on you to even keep it alive never mind keep it safe healthy and happy.. I love the animal trust at Bolton and accept the phone lines are busy and you may have to wait a while for routine appointments ..and because im not stupid i would also highly recommend this practice despite it being a busy one
