Despite the high price, the product was in terrible condition upon arrival, as if it had been previously worn. I shared photos with the support team, but they only offered a 10% refund, suggesting I either return the item or accept the small refund. I have no intention of purchasing from this brand again. I feel extremely let down. It appears this is a brand run by an influencer more focused on profit than quality, selling low-quality clothing at inflated prices. I will not shop with them again. They present themselves as a luxury label, but both the product quality and their operations feel cheap.
