I bought a pair of shearling mules priced over £300, and one arrived clearly worn and in poor condition. After requesting a refund and providing pictures, I received a return label. The refund was processed, but they didn’t apologize and seemed to think they were doing me a favor. Quality control appears to be lacking. I also purchased leggings and a crop top, and the label on the leggings was already peeling when I took them out of the packaging. I am returning them. Basic sweatshirts and t-shirts are the only items I haven't had issues with. It’s disappointing because I like the designs, but for the price, the quality should be better.
