The worst brand and website I've ever bought from!!! I bought a hoodie during their summer sale... it arrives at my house, and it's a one-piece swimsuit!!! After trying multiple times to find a phone number to call (obviously, they don't have this kind of service, nor do they have an online chat on their website), I decided to email customer service, explaining the situation and saying that I want my hoodie (it was supposed to be a gift), and guess what? The hoodie was already SOLD OUT. They made me return the item without paying any fees, as they should have, since it was their fault. Now it's been over 3 weeks that I've been waiting for the refund. Scandalous, a brand with these prices... what a shame.And on top of that, being in Europe, I have to wait for their customer service to respond from the U.S., wasting even more time. Is it possible that with all the stores they have in Europe, they don't have a European customer service? Scandalous
