If I could give 0 stars, I would. This was the worst shopping experience I've encountered. Despite the high price, the item's condition was unacceptable. It arrived looking worn, and after sending them photos, their response felt dismissive, offering only a 10% refund and suggesting I either return the item or accept that minimal refund. I am deeply dissatisfied and will not purchase from this company again. It appears to be run by someone who, after gaining attention, is more focused on profit than quality, selling subpar clothing at inflated prices. They present themselves as a luxury brand, but both the product quality and company management feel cheap.
