His passion for Morocco, knowledge, organization, attention to detail, amazing positive energy, fun personality, humor... and genuinely caring that each person in our 14 group tour was doing well, and enjoying the trip had a huge impact on our trip. He went above and beyond. Compared to other guides he had a passion and excitement for us to experience Morocco in the best possible way. He was able to connect with us as a group, but also as individual people. And his energy was contagious. Never once did I have to worry about what I would do with free time. He presented us with top notch recommendations for restaurants, local sites to visit, "experience" suggestions like spas, spectacular sunsets/sunrise locations... and much more. He brought us to local businesses which gave back to the community. He had connections in all the cities we visited that made our trip even more memorable. He anticipated our needs ahead of time, and it went without saying that I felt safe being under his wing throughout the trip.
