I don’t even know where to begin. This company is a nightmare. They claim to be local, but it feels like a scam possibly operating from abroad! Do not purchase from them! The quality is terrible – literally substandard. The sofa is unsafe, especially for children, with sharp edges and poor materials. The delivery was ridiculous. We selected a model with a 14-day delivery guarantee, but it arrived two months late. They ignored my emails and calls during that time. After just two weeks of use, the sofa began to fall apart. When I tried to report the issue, they went silent again. I had to involve my bank for a refund. All these positive reviews seem fake. This has been the worst purchasing experience of my life. Stay away from this company!
