I have never left a review before but I felt compelled to.I have been sceptical about trans healthcare and going private so I encourage others to do their own research before committing to anything.That being said I'd like to share my experience with Anne Trans Healthcare:I found out about this service from Finnster and decided I'd try it out on a whim.I was worried as there was an additional fee to sign up to the service of £200 and the cost per month being £150.This however was alleviated the next day where I got an email asking me to book my first appointment.Two weeks later I had my online appointment with a psychiatrist who themselves are trans. After a few technical errors the actual appointment was stress free. They asked about my journey and support network and explained that they're sorry as they've had an influx of people due to Finn so they're not as fast as they would like to be.Before this session Anne health contacted me about how I would like my blood tests to be done after faffing about with the NHS I asked to be helped by their partner service who booked me in and sent my results within a week.After the first video appointment I was invited to book another meeting with their prescribing doctor and got another virtual appointment with them for the next month.The appointment with that doctor took around 10 minutes as they had already reviewed my file and blood test results prescribing me hormones suitable to take alongside existing medication.I got my first delivery four days later.Anytime I emailed or had a appointment with anyone from Anne Health they have been lovely. I'm still shocked at how fast it's been for me after waiting so long for the NHS.I can say I would recommend this service to anyone who can afford it and feels it would be life changing.
