I have never left a review before but I felt compelled to.I have been sceptical about trans healthcare and going private so I encourage others to do their own research before committing to anything.That being said I'd like to share my experience with Anne Trans Healthcare:I found out about this service from Finnster and decided I'd try it out on a whim.I was worried as there was an additional fee to sign up to the service of £200 and the cost per month being £150.This however was alleviated the next day where I got an email asking me to book my first appointment.Two weeks later I had my online appointment with a psychiatrist who themselves are trans. After a few technical errors the actual appointment was stress free. They asked about my journey and support network and explained that they're sorry as they've had an influx of people due to Finn so they're not as fast as they would like to be.Before this session Anne health contacted me about how I would like my blood tests to be done after faffing about with the NHS I asked to be helped by their partner service who booked me in and sent my results within a week.After the first video appointment I was invited to book another meeting with their prescribing doctor and got another virtual appointment with them for the next month.The appointment with that doctor took around 10 minutes as they had already reviewed my file and blood test results prescribing me hormones suitable to take alongside existing medication.I got my first delivery four days later.Anytime I emailed or had a appointment with anyone from Anne Health they have been lovely. I'm still shocked at how fast it's been for me after waiting so long for the NHS.I can say I would recommend this service to anyone who can afford it and feels it would be life changing.
As a disabled trans woman on pip I've looked around at other places before finding Anne, One place I looked wanted £550 for a doctor to just say yes you have gender dysphoria.Thankfully Anne were the best choice for me with my limited funds I get and I'm grateful for this.Had my first blood test and now waiting for first intake then medical intake.Thankfully most of my results are in range only a few out.Thank you Anne team
I just got on-boarded, but have to say I'm quite happy with the experience and provided help and contact.Despite some issues due to me living in different country it was not complicated (besides timezones duh!). I will have to look for provider myself though
I had a whole host of questions, and Freya in the Patient Services team took the time to go through every one of them for me in plenty of detail. I was expecting to get copy-pasted nonspecific information from a policy or the website but it was clear that they were replying especially to my questions which was lovely and really helped me to get a better understanding of Anne Health in relation to my situation. Overall she was lovely and the team are lucky to have them.

I started to Google and by chance I found Anne health and told my partner all about it. We are on a low income, and we contacted Anne health and they helped my partner to sign up and the cost to us is affordable.My partner has been with Anne health for a few months now, he had blood tests quite quickly, counselling session and has had an appointment with endocrinologist Mario, my partner is made up to now of been prescribed Testosterone. His prescription was sorted extremely quickly and ordered the very next day at a reasonable prescription cost. Anne health gave us a list of what we need to administer, researched by them at the cheapest costs, we have a huge supply to last a long time for under £40.Anne health do what they say, it is purely patient based, not about profit. Their profit goes in to patients and the excellent, friendly staff.I am made up to have found Anne health, they have definitely changed my partners life and I'll be forever grateful to them. Thankyou for the huge different you are making to the people who need you most.
Anne Healthcare has been the lifeline that my daughter needed. After navigating her transition alone for so long, despite us seeking support from the NHS and GenderGP, we had not managed to speak to any knowledgeable medical professionals or access any gender-affirming healthcare.
