I had a whole host of questions, and Freya in the Patient Services team took the time to go through every one of them for me in plenty of detail. I was expecting to get copy-pasted nonspecific information from a policy or the website but it was clear that they were replying especially to my questions which was lovely and really helped me to get a better understanding of Anne Health in relation to my situation. Overall she was lovely and the team are lucky to have them.
