A gender affirming service who listen, are supportive, compassionate and so knowledgeable. The communication is fantastic, very responsive and in a very timely manner.We feel safe with them and know that we are dealing with professionals who know their stuff!! Our appointment with the endocrinologist was incredibly in depth and answered any questions we had and our time with the counsellor was time well spent. My daughter says she felt very comfortable in all her sessions and far more confident that she felt with her previous provider.
