I'm feeling satisfied now. I purchased an eight-camera DVR system, but it was faulty after eight months. They initially offered to send me a hard drive to fix it myself. After two weeks of back-and-forth with the support team, they realized I'm not tech-savvy and sent a new unit! I promised to write this five-star review if they did. So far, so good—it's been a week, though. To be continued.
