Returned four Ann Summers orders together via Evri (27/09/25), delivered to their warehouse on 02/10/25. Only two of four refunds were issued (£37.20 + £76.80 still missing). Despite clear proof, the chat agent Micaela ignored details, copied the same script repeatedly (“please allow more time”), and ended the chat with “Bye for now” instead of helping. I asked for an email copy of the chat and was ignored. Completely unprofessional and dismissive service — no escalation, no accountability. I provided all tracking info and item details, yet was told to “keep waiting.” Customers shouldn’t have to chase refunds for returned items.
