I visited a shop today and had a pleasant experience with the lovely staff member. I struggled to choose the right underwear, but she helped me find the perfect size. I would definitely return. However, since it was my first time shopping from this brand, I noticed a 15% discount for first-time purchases online, but I wasn’t offered it in-store.
I will not shop here again. A refund has been processed, but I cannot recommend this seller. After a week, there were no updates, and the tracking number was ineffective. I contacted the shipping company, and they have not even received the package.
I stopped by my local branch without an appointment, and the staff member measured me by asking for my current size and assessing my fit, providing the correct size! I love the balcony bras and have been a customer for two years. I usually go for a different brand, but their prices are high. The staff member handed me two bras to try on, and the fit was confirmed when she came back. I asked her to dispose of my old ones, as I’ve lost quite a bit of size. Two bras for £28.80—yes, that’s right! They feel so comfortable. Measuring is free, and while appointments may be needed at times, I walked in without one. I highly recommend trying them!
Terrible experience. I ordered a strapless bra online, but received no confirmation email, though my payment was processed. When I inquired via chat—no phone support available for such a large company—they repeatedly asked for my order number, which I explained I didn’t have. The conversation shifted to email; they failed to follow through on their promises (e.g., returning my message by the end of the day) and kept asking about the order number, which I never received. Now, I have to ask my bank to initiate a chargeback, as the company is unhelpful. Avoid this seller.
I visited last Saturday and struggled with my bra fit. I handed my selections to a staff member, who suggested I try them on again because I wasn't the size I thought I was. She had seven years of experience fitting bras. She returned with a cup size three sizes larger and one size smaller across the back. I was amazed at the difference in my shape and ended up buying two colors! The service was exceptional, and I didn't even need a tape measure.
