I'm giving 3 stars due to their inconsistent communication. I receive promotional emails, and the bot responds, but when I request a human, I get no reply for over a month. I even emailed a representative directly, but still no response! Aside from this disappointing issue, they are a good casino. Just be cautious with the amounts you create in invoices, as it seems they currently lack sufficient staff to handle it.
