This is my second review. Initially, I rated it 4 stars with no issues. However, I want to provide an update. I requested a withdrawal of $1100 last night, which was supposed to take 10 minutes. Now, 16 hours later, I still haven't received it and can't get anyone to respond. The AI support isn't helpful either. I just need to know why my withdrawal is delayed. I'm okay with waiting a little, but when promised a 10-minute process turns into 16 hours with no assistance, it makes me worry about getting my money. I hope to receive help soon because I enjoy this platform. I just want my funds or some assistance.
