As an early adopter who bought one of their original products in 2016, I am shocked by the lack of respect and support. After being away for health reasons, I was excited to return, only to find a subscription requirement unless I registered before 2024. This feels like a blatant cash grab that punishes early supporters. Their failure to locate my original order, which I believe they have misplaced, adds to my frustration. The customer service is disappointing, and their strategy seems purely profit-driven. I am extremely frustrated with this unacceptable approach!
