Its shocking how terrible an post are through out the year i havent had a single order that hasnt been delayed no matter how close no matter how far one thing remains the same its just delayed. The most furstrating thing is customer service they never reply to a whatsapp message the calls take at least 15 to 20 minutes before anyone picks up and when they do pick up they sound like they're irritated of you, this is disregarding the extra 5 minutes they try to put you away from speaking to a customer service staff saying they have other channels that dont work and the calls are for emergencies only, the entire business seems forced. Recently i ordered a screen from the uk its been with an post for 5 days and they cant deliver it to me and they dont even know if its at their dcu for me to go pick it up myself its annoying and just terrible, also the company i ordered the screen from denied they knew anything about the extra 30 euros customs fee charge an post imposed on my order and i still dont have my order, i travel in 2 days i need my laptop screen for work but i cant use it obviously cause an post need to hold my order for God knows how long before i get it. its very very terrible.
