Absolutely terrible service. A parcel I paid to have delivered has not moved since the 27th of February according to the tracking, and there has been no update or explanation since. It’s now been far longer than the expected delivery time and the package still hasn’t arrived.

The customer support is honestly horrendous. It’s extremely difficult to get any useful information, and when you do contact them you just get vague responses with no real help or investigation.

For a national postal service this level of delay and lack of support is unacceptable. Very disappointing experience.

Great service and great delivery in hell.
It so simple just give a call or a message to open the door or ask someone else to open it, but no, instead they just throw a latter and then you need go to the other end of the town to collect.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the delivery of my parcel.

This morning, I checked the tracking information online and the parcel appeared as “delivered”, which was not correct. I had not received the parcel, nor had I received any call or contact from the delivery driver.

I visited the post office to enquire about the situation and was informed that the parcel had already been delivered. I was told that it had been placed in my mailbox, which was also inaccurate, as I checked the mailbox and the parcel was not there at that time.

However, when I checked again the following morning, I found the parcel left on top of the mailbox. This item required a signature upon delivery, yet it was left unattended without any attempt to obtain a signature or ensure secure handover.

I am concerned about this handling of my delivery, as it was incorrectly marked as delivered and left unsecured despite requiring a signature. I would appreciate if this matter could be investigated and clarification provided on the delivery procedure followed in this case.

Thank you for your attention to this issue.

An Post sent a text message saying it would be delivered the next business day, but three business days have passed excluding the weekend, which is five days in total, and it hasn't been delivered. Terrible delivery service.

Did not attempt to deliver my parcel. I had to personally check where my order was to only be surprised that it was being returned to sender. Understandably I was frustrated and my message could’ve been nicer. I was told it was sent back due to an ‘operational error’. Was also informed they couldn’t investigate until the sender (BERSHKA) opened an Enquiry. And have been ignored ever since. What a joke, I actually can’t believe this. How is a company like this functioning with the amount of negative reviews they get.

This is absolutely unacceptable. The delivery agent made NO ATTEMPTS whatsoever to contact me and just dumped the parcel at the nearest pickup point, falsely claiming I wasn’t at home. That is completely untrue I was at home, waiting for the delivery the entire time.
No call, no message, no doorbell - no delivery attempt at all. Using a cheap service is one thing, but lying about a delivery attempt is outrageous. I cannot understand how a company can operate like this and get away with it. This is not just poor service - it’s outright negligence. An Post you're a joke, a mistake!

Consistently Incorrect Deliveries - Extremely Frustrating

Experiencing repeated issues with wrong delivery locations has been incredibly frustrating. The lack of communication regarding the situation has only added to the disappointment. The latest updates indicated that the item was misdirected multiple times: - 23 January 2026: Item sent to the wrong delivery location again.
- 22 January 2026: Item being sorted for delivery.
- 22 January 2026: Confirmation that the item is with the service for processing.
- 21 January 2026: Another sorting update.
- 20 January 2026: Repeated error with the delivery office. The continuous mismanagement of this delivery has left me extremely dissatisfied with the service provided.

Disappointing delivery experience for holiday gifts

I sent a parcel of Christmas gifts to Spain on December 18th, fully aware that it might be a few days late. Now, it's January 22nd, and the package still hasn't arrived; it only reached the parcel center on January 17th. At this point, I'm unsure if it will even be delivered. I paid 45 euros for postage, and I previously shipped an entire computer home for less through another service, which arrived in just 2 days.

A disappointing postal service experience

This postal service is among the least impressive I have encountered, epitomizing a relaxed and careless service culture. Once you send your item, any sense of responsibility seems to vanish. It is quite disheartening that many private couriers have to rely on this service for deliveries in the region. If this organization ceased operations tomorrow, it would be difficult to argue that anything valuable would be lost. The way this operation runs resembles a charity more than a business, yet it fails even at its primary function: delivering mail. There is a complete lack of accountability, urgency, and conveniently no liability when issues arise. The government's unwillingness to foster real competition has allowed this level of incompetence to persist for far too long. Honestly, any reasonably competent postal startup would likely outperform this service in just a few months.

Attempted to renew a dog license online, what a mess!

I tried to renew a dog license online, and it was a total disaster! Money was taken from my account, but I never received the license. The service for dog licenses has been down for five days, yet they continue to use the non-functioning site. I canceled the license I never got and was informed it could take up to four weeks for my money to be refunded. This is a national embarrassment for the company.
