I received the usual text on the phone last night, stating the parcel was due for delivery today. I checked the status on the website a while ago and it states the parcel has still to be sorted for delivery. I got in touch with the whatsapp service for a reliable update and you said it was a mistake of your system, the parcel has to be sorted and to keep an eye on the tracking system. When I asked if you could kindly offer an estimation of when to be at home to receive my parcel, as I already postponed other commitments to be sure to get it, whoever was on the other side linked the tracking web address and closed the chat. I accept a delay, no problem at all, but the way you deal with a customer needs to be discussed. It's not the first time I deal with this rudeness and total lack of professionality, but it's getting seriously worse and scrolling through all the negative reviews you're receiving it's crystal clear your service is way lower than any acceptable standard.
