Wanted 0 stars but can't. Ordered on 15 Sept on amazon and for delivery on 18 Sept. Opted to have it delivered to a local post office near home. Since then, tracking number says its in post office being sorted for delivery. When I called today 2 weeks after, they tell.me.its redirected back to amazon. Very appalling and unprofessional practice by Anpost. I have to investigate and call 3 different anpost office just to know where my parcel is. AI what's app chatbot is better because it showed me where my parcel went to. Definitely deserves ZERO stars.
