Absolutely unacceptable service. I was at home the entire day waiting for my delivery, but the An Post courier never rang the doorbell, never knocked on my door, and didn’t even call my phone. Instead, my parcel was handed over to a completely different person without my permission. No notification, no delivery attempt — nothing. This is not only careless but also disrespectful to customers’ time and security. If you can’t trust An Post to deliver a simple parcel properly, how can you trust them with anything important? Worst delivery experience I’ve ever had.
