Expected a delivery for today, status said 'Out for Delivery' from 7:30 this morning. No sign of it all day. Went onto live chat, was told there was an attempted delivery. There 100% wasn't, I've been waiting at home all day for it. Was given a number to call - that number told me to go online and hung up on me! Went back onto live chat and a new agent told me the previous chat agent had actually not read the tracking status, and that it was delayed until tomorrow. So, the agent just lied to me to shut me up presumably. I stated that this was unacceptable and the agent, Gerard, belittled me and told me I was in the wrong. I cannot believe the way I was spoken to.
