I rang yet customer care number 5 times today and ye do not have any one to speak to with regards complaints nor quiries,the voice message says to email which I did and got no response and WhatsApp,is still not open so do not lie here as I have the evidence..Do not trust an post,j was expecting a delivery today and got an email saying that i received the delivery,I checked and there was a signature that was not mine,after me trying to chase up where my parcel was,I found out that the staff member signed her signature for my parcel and then left it thrown at the side of the house,she didn't knock she left my parcel in an unsafe place and I'm pretty sure its illegal for an an post staff member to sign there name for someone else's parcel which ended up in me making several calls to find out what happened,they have not given me a complaint number nor acknowledged my email and the phone number does not give the option to speak with someone regarding a complaint nor do an post reply on WhatsApp, be extremely cautious when it comes to packaging going missing and always keep evidence of a signature that is not yours because this is a whole new level of negligence on an posts part
