Every time I order something online, I hope it’s not shipped with this company. They never deliver to my home, even when I’m there. I always end up going to the post office to collect my packages.Last time was the worst: my order was split into two packages, and after spending two hours at the post office, the postman still couldn’t find one of them. On top of that, the postman was rude and refused to check my address properly to ensure future delivery.It’s now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received my package. This level of service is unacceptable.
