THEY HAVE A HUGE BACKLOG OF WEEKS OF PARCELS THAT THEY CANNOT COPE WITH.DO NOT USE ANPOST!!!They have admitted to me today via their "Live Chat" that they have an enormous backlog of parcels sitting a sorting offices which they cannot deal with. I was inquiring about a parcel which was sent from Ireland to the UK 2 weeks ago - it has not moved from their local sorting office in those two weeks. The Anpost agent could not give any ETA for when my parcel will move from that depot......it could be months.
