An important item has been stuck in sorting since December 4th. The customer service team has repeatedly assured me it would arrive within a few days, yet there is still no sign of it. Fortunately, we can source it elsewhere and seek a refund from the supplier. Many customers relying on this service may not have that option. If you enter into a contract, ensure you have the necessary resources to fulfill it. I prefer to support local businesses, but moving forward, I will inquire about the delivery service, and if it is this one, I will reconsider my purchases.
