This is truly the most frustrating courier service I've encountered in the region. There is always someone present at home, yet they never ring the doorbell, knock on the door, or make a call. Instead, they just leave a “missed delivery” card in the letterbox. Once, I even witnessed the courier placing the card in the mailbox. I immediately informed him that I was the recipient and asked if he could hand over the parcel. He shockingly responded that he didn't even have the parcel with him, which was unbelievable. Each time I see that an online order is being delivered by this service, I lose all hope of it arriving properly. To make matters worse, I once selected a different delivery option, only to learn that this service was still responsible for the final delivery. The parcel was delayed by a day, and when I reached out to customer support, the agent abruptly closed the chat without offering a clear response, which I found extremely rude and unprofessional. Now, whenever I notice that an online retailer uses this courier for delivery, it genuinely makes me think twice about placing my order.
