I sent a parcel to my daughter in France on December 12th via registered post for €39.00. As of January 10th, 2026, it still hasn't arrived. The tracking app indicates it's being sorted for delivery, which has been the status since December 12th. Dealing with customer service has been incredibly frustrating and ineffective. Although I've spoken to some kind representatives, there has been no resolution. This service does not deserve any business, as it seems either unwilling or unable to perform the basic task of delivering a parcel in a timely manner.
