I am frustrated that an A5 envelope has been stuck in the sorting office for six days without any progress. Why hasn't there been an update to the tracking information? What's the purpose of having tracking if it isn't kept current? It would be helpful if additional staff could be hired or if overtime could be offered to speed things up. This situation is simply unacceptable! Update: I appreciate the outreach, but it’s disappointing to note that this envelope was sent just a short distance from one area to another a week ago.
