I used a digital stamp, which still shows as unused on the app. After weighing it at the post office, I resent it without needing additional stamps, but it remains unprocessed. As of January 12th, I'm still waiting. This document was meant to arrive by January 7th. I attempted to reach out to customer service via WhatsApp, but it's been incredibly frustrating. Perhaps if the staff were more competent, we wouldn’t face such delivery issues.
