I had issues right from the start: a couple of minor problems (which I didn’t mind), but then a significant leak that they did address. However, they kept my car for nearly three weeks for another issue, barely communicated with me, and I had to keep following up. Each time I reached out, I was told there were no mechanics available, and it felt like they wanted me to go away. The car consumed oil excessively, and my trusted mechanic advised me to sell it before I faced major engine problems. After a year, I had to sell it, pay off the finance, and buy a new one, costing me a lot. I was extremely disappointed. The staff at the desk were not particularly helpful. The car I just purchased from another dealer was identified as having been sold by this company, and they warned against buying from them due to their reputation for selling unreliable vehicles.
