I was quite anxious since I rely on my vehicle for work, and the holiday season was near! The representative from the dealership was incredibly accommodating and truly went above and beyond to assist me. They diagnosed the problem and ordered the necessary parts on the same day. I was even offered a courtesy vehicle so I wouldn't miss work, but it turned out to be a minor issue (just a loud exhaust), so I declined. I worked throughout the week without any issues and returned to the dealership on Friday afternoon, where my car was fixed within an hour. The aftercare service was excellent! I highly recommend this garage because they have proven to be trustworthy based on my personal experience!

I bought a vehicle from this place about a year ago. It looked great, but unfortunately, that was where the positives ended. I had issues right from the start: a couple of minor problems (which I didn’t mind), but then a significant leak that they did address. However, they kept my car for nearly three weeks for another issue, barely communicated with me, and I had to keep following up. Each time I reached out, I was told there were no mechanics available, and it felt like they wanted me to go away. The car consumed oil excessively, and my trusted mechanic advised me to sell it before I faced major engine problems. After a year, I had to sell it, pay off the finance, and buy a new one, costing me a lot. I was extremely disappointed. The staff at the desk were not particularly helpful. The car I just purchased from another dealer was identified as having been sold by this company, and they warned against buying from them due to their reputation for selling unreliable vehicles.

The service was fantastic! Unfortunately, the battery failed within a few weeks of purchase. The representative quickly arranged a replacement battery and provided lifts to and from work. Their genuine care is rare these days, and I’m thrilled to have found it here. Very happy with my new vehicle! 😊
I received exceptional service from this team. I was allowed to browse the forecourt freely, but I had already seen what I wanted online. I went in, sorted everything out, and took it for a test drive. It was definitely the vehicle I wanted. The treatment my parents received from the manager was appalling. They felt taken advantage of, especially with a vehicle deemed a fire risk by another dealership! It’s a disgrace. Anyone familiar with the previous owner of this garage would be embarrassed by how things are run now. The mechanics were condescending and treated customers poorly. Shame on them.
