This was the worst shopping experience. I will not order from this store again. I ordered a set of glasses, and 4 out of 12 arrived broken due to inadequate packaging. After 10 days of communication, my complaint was acknowledged, and I was refunded for just one set of broken glasses. Additionally, I returned another product in perfect condition, but the complaint was incorrectly registered. As a result, I did not receive a refund for the correctly returned item. The handling of this case and the poor connection between the website forms and email communication is unacceptable.
