I love the variety of the products, BUT customer service is another thing. I have been shopping from them years now and one time I had an issue with a product they refused to take it back under the 2 year warranty. I contacted my local representative, my request was denied. I contacted the main office, NO ANSWER from ANSWEAR!

Timeline of events: I ordered a product marked as 'delivery within 48 hours,' but the wrong city and correct street were entered. An email was sent via the contact form as no notification had been received. A message from the delivery service requested different details; these were updated, and the delivery date was set. For several days, I tried to contact the seller via phone and messaging, but both were unresponsive. Finally, I reached someone who said they would contact the delivery service. Still, there was no information or response. The package eventually arrived, but I had to rearrange my schedule to accommodate the delivery. The main issue was the poor service and inability to reach them.
I ordered a set of cups, but both saucers arrived broken due to poor packaging by the delivery service. The product was unusable upon arrival. I was then required to return the damaged items and cover the return shipping myself. This is unacceptable. I paid for a defective product and was still made to pay for the return. No reputable business treats customers this way. I will not order from this company again and will choose competitors instead.
