This is the third course I've completed with the training provider, and it did not disappoint! These courses offer essential knowledge and have significantly boosted my confidence in supporting parents. I highly recommend these courses to anyone wanting to make a positive impact in the antenatal/postnatal field.
I appreciated the content of this course. It was a great opportunity to delve deeper into infant mental health and brain development, building on my existing knowledge. I particularly liked the resources that clarified aspects of parent education, such as understanding baby emotions and behaviors, including strategies and techniques. At times, I found it challenging to engage due to the extensive reading, so a more interactive approach would have been beneficial. Overall, the content was informative, and I learned a lot.
The information given is comprehensive and easy to understand. As I came from conservative and traditional family background where the mother is always the main carer in taking care of the child, I learned and understand the important role of father and husband/partner in building up a healthy family.
Highly recommend the Forest Bathing for Babies course. High quality content and resources. Simple layout and format. Easy to work your way through the units at your own pace. Brilliant balance of theory and practical information.
Although initially not what I had envisioned in terms of course content, I found the course extremely eye opening and informative. I am currently training as a doula and will be taking this learning with me into this new venture. Lizzie was a great speaker and gave insight in to make topics, including relevance of current affairs in the news.
An amazing course that is incredibly informative. As a primary teacher by trade, I knew some aspects of the programme but it definitely allowed me to extend my knowledge base as well as think about child and infant development. The course was very well structured with the reading materials, tasks to think about/reflect upon and the quiz was great to assess my knowledge. I like the practical examples in the real world. I particularly liked that it was a self study unit which I could complete as and when I had time. Incredibly informative. Thank you!
