I was sent a link by Westinghouse to these guys to replace a broken crisper drawer in my fridge. The product when it arrived was not refurbished but absolute rubbish! No sliders on the drawer, just ragged sharp edges. Tried emailing on 3 occasions and even tried their on line chat! Absolutely no responses!! $295 for a product with zero value! Don’t touch these guys!!!

I placed an order and requested a cancellation just a few hours later, contacting the seller through multiple channels the same day. Unfortunately, the order was still shipped, and my request was ignored. When I followed up, I was told returning the item wouldn’t be worth it due to high postage costs, despite the cancellation being made well before dispatch. Disappointed with the lack of communication and poor customer service.
Bought a fridge door shelf. Item sent to Victoria. I am in South Australia. Tried to contact via email and live chat. Ha Ha what a joke. No response so no shelf and money gone. TOTAL SCAM. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Would give minus stars if I could.

TOM the seller takes you offline to buy items on website, so you're taken off the safety of eBay to report any issues! Offers 5% beat price, except the discount code doesn't work on website. So says he will refund the money - never happens.The items are dispatched, but they are BROKEN, disgustingly dirty & scratched. Website says broken items from courier will be replaced FREE of charge... only to be TOLD to pay $50 admin fee, cover the return shipping of broken items (but won't provide return address) and won't give refund! DODGY all round. Battled for months, reported to bank and eventually got a refund and a bad rating for them! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Fridge King or Fridgeparts.com or be prepared to deal with abusive seller TOM - save your money and your time!
