Absolutely love Tubby Toms. Their sauces and rubs are top drawer. I’ve got a cupboard full and use them multiple times a week. Plus the customer service is great and delivery is always so quick after an order and with a human touch with little notes and stickers/sweets freebies.
These sauces and spice rubs are absolutely amazing. Favourites so far have been Wake The Dead and the Honey Butter buffalo sauce. I've bought spice mixes elsewhere and they end up clumping because the containers aren't air tight but these tins look great and keep the rubs fresh!
We felt our order of lovely rubs and sauces had got stuck at the royal mail distribution centre, in the end it was related to our works wifi not updating, We messaged tubby toms and their response to our concerns was very fast friendly and helpful, it surprised us, very happy with way we were dealt with as customers, so much so we updated the owner today
Every product have had from here is amazing. Tom communicates fast with you and accommodated me when I wanted buy a bulk amount. Did have the club box but had to amend my subscription due to change in my work, but they were great.Keep being the best company and making the best products.
