We’re currently in a chain with a buyer that is still waiting on this “company” to send the sales management pack. She paid almost a month ago. They have heard absolutely nothing back even when they were told it would take no more than 15 days to get back to us. We have all chased and chased to assist. This is holding up 3 parties sales and affecting all of us financially. Everything else is ready but because of this the one parties enquires cannot be answered. We have had to get our MP involved as they don’t even answer their calls.
