Awful company. Customers held to ransom trying to buy or sell property’s. Chain collapsed due to lengthy delays (months!) in Anthem supplying management pack required to complete sale and purchase. You would think you were asking for a free service but you’re actually paying for something to not happen too. At our wits end and solicitors legally powerless to pursue management companies from controlling people ability to complete property sales.
