This company communicates mostly when they're looking to add on services to get more money out of you. And they're quite aggressive and offensive when doing so. A rep contacted me about an "offer" that wasn't even valid since the statute of limitation had passed.Anthem has literally done nothing except communicate what I owe; I could've done this myself. $3000+ dollars for services that are non existent. No one communicates in a timely fashion if at all and when they do, have no idea about your personal case. This company is completely inadequate and do no care about their customers at all. My bank account was still levied and they weren't even aware. Save your money!
