This company communicates mostly when they're looking to add on services to get more money out of you. And they're quite aggressive and offensive when doing so. A rep contacted me about an "offer" that wasn't even valid since the statute of limitation had passed.Anthem has literally done nothing except communicate what I owe; I could've done this myself. $3000+ dollars for services that are non existent. No one communicates in a timely fashion if at all and when they do, have no idea about your personal case. This company is completely inadequate and do no care about their customers at all. My bank account was still levied and they weren't even aware. Save your money!
Spoke to Adam Gurr of Anthem Tax Services. My tax case is complicated involving both federal and state and because of that I couldn’t afford the fee. He stay on the phone for an extended time answering all my questions and gave other valuable information. He just wanted to help me even after I said I couldn’t afford it. Jazmin Solis is my case manager and she is genuine, kind, patient and always responds in a timely manner. She never makes me feel rushed and allows me to ask numerous questions and explains many things I don’t understand. I’m not finished yet, but when I first contacted Anthem Tax Services, I had a world of troubles. But from my first conversation with Adam Gurr, I felt like I was going to be taken care of. And sure enough, once I had gotten everything together for them, the entire process was seamless. Now we’re playing a waiting game for the IRS and state. But whenever I have a question, I can call Adam and he will spend as much time with me as I need, making sure I understand. I’m looking to going through the rest of this process with Adam Gurr and Anthem Tax Services.
Adam was awesome !! We have had a few discussions by phone in regards to my overall taxes . If I could give them 0 stars I would. I contacted Anthem in July 2025 paid to help with my IRS Debt. I paid them $500 upfront. My rep Jack stated that there would not be an issue with my taxes. I heard nothing from them until I called today after receiving notification from the IRS. Jack did not remember me and then asked for another $2900.00 to see if they could check my paystubs and possibly work out a deal. They are a complete sham & I think these reviews are paid employees. IT'S BETTER TO DEAL WITH THE PAIN OF THE IRS WHICH I AM DOING NOW
Company has been slow to respond, and have failed to put any updates in writing. They have dragged my file out for over a year and never provided any evidence of communications with the IRS. At this time they don't reply to emails or telephone calls. All the available phone numbers fail to connect to a live person. Looks like I've been scammed.
