Appalling customer service - I ordered 3 curtain panels, and they sent me one of them (packaging ripped open). They said the others were on the way, but they didn't arrive after a month. They then cancelled the order but charged me the full amount. Their customer service have not told me when I will receive a refund, and said they don't know if the curtains will come back in stock and I have to pay to return the single curtain they sent. Really disappointing
