Enjoy their products, but guest service is awful. They randomly cancel orders, double charge for exchanges, and can't keep the details of exchanges/returns straight. Quality of items is declining significantly. Really frustrating company to deal with anymore.
Latest experience: "somehow" the quarterly 25% coupon given for 5+ photo reviews was applied to an order that only had sale items (meaning, no 25% discount was applied), rendering the coupon useless. This was discovered when I tried to use the coupon on a full price order later. Chatted with a customer service rep who said I'd need to wait 72 hours for someone else to reactivate my coupon. Annoying that they don't empower all customer service employees to actually be able to help customers, but I digress...fast forward a couple days to me receiving an email that my coupon has been reactivated, only to discover they canceled the entire order it was "somehow" applied to in order to reactivate it. WTF.
Naturally, the items are no longer on sale and/or out of stock, so I cannot recreate the order. So tired of this companies BS.
